Freecashtube receives commissions from our advertisers for each new customer we bring them. These commissions are used to pay for your free gift.

No, but you can sign up for each of our sites once using the same email address. Example: cash.freecashtube.com, poker.freecashtube.com...

What information about me will you collect?
We record your name, mailing address, email address, phone number, birthday, and IP address. This information enables us to send you a prize. It also helps us prevent fraud. We do not collect any credit card information that you submit to our Advertisers. Advertisers that require a credit card to complete an offer do not share this information with us nor do we have access to it.

What can I do to help ensure I receive credit for an offer I participate in?
Offers are tracked through the use of cookies. Make sure your browser has cookies enabled and then clear your cookies before clicking an offer link.

How do you know I was the one who signed up for an offer if the advertiser does not share any of my personal information?
We have a unique tracking id number associated with your user number in all of the offer links. Our advertisers track that number and when an offer is reported to us as a sale, they tell us the tracking id number that was in the original link from your click.

What do I do if I have questions about a specific offer?
Contact the advertiser directly. However, do not contact and advertiser about offer crediting issues.

Once I have completed the requirements, how do I get my free gift?
Log in and submit your order. We will check each account carefully to ensure it is completely legit. Once you are approved, your order will automatically be processed and you will receive your gift.

What does it mean if an account is placed on hold?
If a user violates our Terms of Service, we place their account on hold. A user whose account is on hold may not place an order. Also, accounts that are on hold do not count as a valid referral. If one of your referrals was placed on hold, your account is not affected. However, that referral is unable to count towards your referral requirements.

If I am placed on hold on one site, can I sign up on another?
No. If you are placed on hold on one of our sites, then you can not sign-up for any other site until the hold is lifted from your account. If you are account is on hold, it is best to contact us to discuss the matter.

My account was placed on hold for suspicious user information, what can I do?
If your account did not pass the order approval process due to suspicious information, fraudulent information etc, we require the user to submit valid proof of their user information that was submitted to us upon initial sign-up. This normally requires a State/Province Issued ID and recent utility bill on our ID approval form which can be found here. This type of hold is recognized as a "blue" hold.

Can I close my account?
No. In order to prevent users from creating multiple accounts, we do not delete or close accounts. If you sign up and then decide not to participate, you can just stop using our site. However, upon request we will put your account on hold.

No. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
